I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and any personal information collected about you is kept confidential and not passed onto any third party, without your consent (excluding safeguarding conditions (which are set out in our therapeutic contract).  Any information recorded is kept on a password protected computer and/or encrypted memory stick.  Personal details are destroyed one month after our contract is ended.

Brief notes, which are taken during our sessions, are anonymised and can't be linked to you.  

 You can request (in writing) to see your information and can request removal of data at anytime.
